I was excited to return to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic which was our honeymoon destination 5 years ago (tbt blog post coming soon of what we did in the DR during that trip in the spirit of celebration). This time we stayed in the Chic Punta Cana and that indeed it was…chic!
They welcome you with the pink carpet. The staff, dressed in elegant black and pink uniforms, greet you passing out ice-cold pink towels for guests to cool off with after a long day of travel.
Immediately upon arrival, the environment entice you to relax. They have swinging hammocks and the view of the pools and ocean are breathtakingly beautiful at the entrance.
The Diamond Club sends a concierge to check you in and assign you a personal butler who gives you a tour of the property, arrange drop-off of your luggage, and escorts you to your room. Here are a few snaps from the resort.
